guaranteed reservation until both parties have confirmed).

Notices:   Please note that any confirmed reservation that is not guaranteed with a
valid credit card number will be cancelled at 4:00 PM on the arrival date.

Special events weekend:   Any confirmed reservation that is not guaranteed with a
valid credit card number will be cancelled a month prior to arrival date.
